Do you give yourself enough grace?

Happy #wonderwednesday. I’m moving into my dorm today. I’ll probably just post this super early or super late. I’ve spend the last few days packing up but I’m excited. It’s a new chapter and it’s finally here.

A few weeks ago, I talked about are you coming to the table with Grace? Today I want to ask you are you giving yourself enough grace? I don’t feel like I have since March. Like girl, you worked hard to graduate high school with honors and your first semester of college online. I worked a job even and kept up with writing here and casually. I’m probably too hard on myself about what I don’t get done or forget to do. Person out there reading this: you’ve got this. Give yourself a little more grace because you’ve made it this far. Let’s look at two verses today.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Cor 12:9

You don’t have to try to give yourself more grace on your own. God has already said his grace enough for you. His grace is complete and perfect. It doesn’t end or give up. Because I am weak, he’s strong in me. And that’s enough so I’m enough.

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Now you’re aware you have this kind of grace, you can approach his throne with confidence. God gives the mercy and grace when you need it. God is here and he’s got you. You can rest easy now and give yourself some more Grace.
