Worship Song Sunday January 3,2021
“RATTLE!” by Elevation Worship
It’s not the first post of the year but it’s the the first Sunday of 2021 on this #worshipsongsunday. It’s actually the song I jammed to at 2am on New Year’s Day.
I can remember nothing has ever stopped God. That first Saturday when Jesus was in the tomb. The tomb was empty Sunday morning. “Since when has impossible ever stopped You?” This is the sound of dry bones rattling. This is the praise that makes a dead man walk again. Open the grave I’m coming out. I’m going to live going to live again. This is the sound of dry bones rattling.
God’s not gonna run out of run out miracles anytime soon. The same power that raised Jesus from dead is in you. There’s another miracle here in the room. This is the sound of dry bones rattling
My God is able to save And deliver and heal And restore anything that He wants to. Just ask the man
Who was thrown On the bones of Elisha. If there’s anything that He can’t do. Just ask the stone
That was rolled At the tomb in the garden What happens when God says to move. I feel Him moving it now I feel Him doing it now.I feel Him doing it now Do it now, do it now.
“So Elisha died, and they buried him. Now bands of Moabites used to invade the land in the spring of the year. And as a man was being buried, behold, a marauding band was seen and the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha, and as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.”
2 Kings 13:20-21 ESV
The power of God raised a dead man back to life. God told that stone in the garden what happens when God says to move.
Hear the bones begin to rattle and come alive again. “God said live!” Hear the word of the Lord because he said live. The bones will rattle again.
