What are you making out of the rest of 2020?

So this #wonderwednesday question came from a shirt I bought from @jesuslovesyouco. They have some really awesome shirt but this one is titled “fourth quarter: from riots to revivals.” Then at the bottom says “a campaign centered around ending the year stronger than it started. Through all the circumstances of 2020, we believe that the final quarter of this year will be something beautiful. We believe that it could go from “riots to revival through every injustice, chaos and disease... Jesus is still on the throne.”

It’s December 2nd. There’s thirty days left in 2020 so what are you gonna do with it? It’s been a hard one for us all. It’s definitely felt like I was hit by a bus and on an emotional rollercoaster. I do know God is still on the throne and in control. We asked God for clearer vision and he did. We prayed, “spirit lead me where my trust is without borders.... take me deeper than my feet could even wander.” We asked God for all these bold, dangerous prayers and God delivered... not like we expected. We asked God to show us so much more and he showed us the pain and injustice of our world. It was uncomfortable to say the least and I had to learn to let go and grow.

However something beautiful has come from it. This blog is almost well is six months old. It’s such a big milestone and I’m glad you stuck around for this journey. I’ve got so many big ideas ahead and I can’t want for you to see them! Keep a look out for new things in the shop. There’s better days ahead dear friends. Let’s proclaim the rest of 2020 as a year of favor.
